How do I Setup my Email and Access my Old Messages?

If you would like to read your old emails, access old calendar information, etc, you must import your .pst file using Microsoft Outlook. You cannot use the new WEB based client to import because it does not have an import function. The .pst file would have been created before July 12th if you had followed the email instructions on how to backup your mail. If you did not follow those instructions and therefore do not have a .pst file, then after completing this steps below, all that you will see is new emails that were sent after July 15th. Even though you do not have a .pst file, you can still use Microsoft Outlook (rather than the WEB client), for all your mail functions. To setup email and not import the .pst file, please follow Steps 1-13, 19 & 20.

The instructions below will enable you to use Microsoft Outlook to gain access to the new mail server, rather than of having to use the WEB client for all your mail functions. After completing the steps below, you will have reconfigured your email profile and have imported your archived mail.

If you have any difficulty along the way, please complete the online Help Request Form and the helpdesk will contact you at quickly as possible.
